Although the brand is still relatively new to the U.S. market, it has already spent the last three to four years building a presence on Amazon and engaging customers face-to-face through major retail partners.
In fact, Orange House completed around 50 roadshows at Costco last year, using those events to introduce shoppers to its products, gather feedback, and validate growing interest in safer, more sustainable cleaning solutions. This year, the company plans to return to Costco and continue expanding its retail footprint.
At the heart of Orange House’s story is a commitment to both the planet and people with sensitive needs. Its cleaning products are made with 100% orange oil, using orange peels as a key ingredient. This approach helps reduce waste while delivering strong cleaning performance. The formulations are designed specifically for households with sensitive skin, asthma sufferers, and families with young children, offering a gentler alternative to many conventional cleaners. One standout product is their highly concentrated laundry detergent, which has become a bestseller. Because it is so concentrated, customers can often use less product overall—and may be able to cut back on additional softeners or sanitizers—helping reduce the number of bottles used and simplifying the cleaning routine.
In terms of availability, Orange House is currently focused on a mix of online and regional in-store channels. Online, the brand is primarily available on Amazon, where it has concentrated much of its early U.S. growth. Locally, Orange House operates a small retail space out of its office in San Mateo in the Bay Area, giving nearby customers a direct way to experience the products. Looking ahead, the company plans to deepen its presence in Costco and will soon be available at a new, trendy Asian supermarket in Millbrae, California. By combining eco-friendly ingredients, skin-sensitive formulas, and smart distribution, Orange House is positioning itself as a modern alternative for consumers who want their homes clean, their families safe, and their choices better for the planet.
