Mike Shehan and I have known each other for many years… So, I was particularly excited to catch up with Mike, the CEO & Founder, SpotX right before the closing of SpotX’s acquisition by Magnite. (the closing happened the day after our interview while we were editing this video)
For those who don’t know, SpotX is a video advertising platform that unifies TV, OTT, and Digital Video. I’m excited to see the growth in video advertising, because video has a far greater ability to stimulate an emotional response and that means it works well for messaging all the way up-and-down the marketing funnel, from awareness building, to direct response.
