The “$1,000 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes“) is sponsored by eMarketing Association, LLC. (“Sponsor”). You may contact Sponsor concerning any questions or concerns about this Sweepstakes at eMarketing Association, LLC.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on March 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period“). All dates and times below refer to Eastern Time.
ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor or any of its advertising or promotion agencies, prize providers, or other participating organizations (“Partners”) or their affiliates, or members of the immediate family or household of each. For purposes of clarification, “immediate family” means parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside.
Sweepstakes is void in Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, the Province of Quebec, Brazil, France, Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, Mexico, the UK, India, South Korea, Portugal, Austria, Russia, Greece, Japan, Czech Republic, Belgium, Ireland, Spain and Venezuela and any place where offering the Sweepstakes or awarding the applicable prize is prohibited. Individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible to enter. Any entries from residents of the foregoing countries or from any other ineligible persons will be void, and a prize will not be awarded to such persons.
HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an online registration form after submitting your email address via promotions made available by Sponsor on its websites. To register, you will need to read and accept these Official Rules and the applicable and privacy policy. Upon completion of the registration process, including verification of your email address by clicking on a link included in the registration confirmation email message, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes.
Eligible individuals who complete the entry process are referred to in these Official Rules as “Entrant(s),” and entries that are submitted are referred to in these Official Rules as “Entries.”
Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, inaccurate or misdirected Entries and such will not be accepted, acknowledged or returned.
A maximum of 50 Entries are permitted per Entrant and per email address, from all means of entry, during the Sweepstakes Period. No Entries in excess of this maximum will be awarded to Entrants. If you have reached the maximum number of allowable Entries, Sponsor is under no obligation to alert you that additional donations or other actions taken are not resulting in additional Entries.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
A random drawing to select one (1) prize winner from among all eligible Entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted on or about January 20, 2027. The odds of winning is subject to the total number of eligible Entries received. The Entrant who submitted the winning Entry will be eligible for the award of a prize in the amount of USD $1,000. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device and Entrant / Entries tracking system used for the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email using the email address that Entrant provided during the Entry process within 5 business days after the prize drawing. If the Entrant provided a phone number, Sponsor may also call that phone number to notify the potential winner. No substitutions are allowed, except that any prize is subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, the acceptance of any prize in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent to the publication or other use of his/her/their name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION:
Any issues concerning the validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which might find otherwise. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts in the County and State of New York and waive the right to have disputes arising out the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
RELEASE:
In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, the prize winner agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Partners and the affiliates officers, directors, employees and agents of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
DISCLAIMER:
THE SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ANY PRIZES AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR TO ANY ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, EXCEED THE USD$10.00 (TEN DOLLARS).
PRIVACY POLICY:
Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes, including the Entry, is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor has the right to contact the Entrant using the email address and/or the phone number provided during winner verification, in order to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes.
WINNER’S LIST:
A list of the winner(s) will be posted on eMarketing Association.com within ten (10) days after the Sweepstakes Period and will be available for at least 90 calendar days following the Sweepstakes Period.
