It’s clever how the “contract” for the upfront fee scam is worded.
I provided publicly available info to the scammer from Palm Beach.
This is post #4 the post describes how the “Contract” is provided for me to sign notarize and respond to.
Language sets me up to feel guilty when the other party has “invested” all their $ to move the process forward before I have to kick in my “skin in the game”
Art.5 Remuneration (Fees and compensation to Party 2)
5.1. It is agreed that Party 1 will cover upfront fees for procuring all necessary legal documents, while Party 2 will
cover upfront fees required prior to or during the release process of the vault to Party 2. The parties have agreed
that any expenses incurred by Party 1 or Party 2 will be deducted from the total sum of €10,900,000.00 (Ten Million,
Nine Hundred Thousand Euro Only) and reimbursed to each party upon a successful release of funds to Party 2.
