Verify an eMA Member / Certification

Employers/Clients/ Schools may request verification of the membership and/or certification status if that information is included on a resume, application, confirmation letter, advertisement, brochure or website.

It is important that if you're basing your trust on a website that has our certification seal displayed, that you verify their membership first. If you see our seal on a website and click on it, it will take you to that company's verification page on our server.

If it does not take you to such a page, please inform us immediately as they are not eMA site certified so that we may take the appropriate action.

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours confirming the status of this member/ certification. If a member has requested that information remain confidential then a report will indicate that the information is not available (except in cases of site certification and in cases of CeM Certification or CeMA Certification). The member will be notified via email of your request and our response.

When emailing our verification department please include the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Email
• Their Name
• Where you saw their name (ie: Website-Brochure-Resume-Student Application)
• URL if applicable
