PROVIDENCE, RI ---1/11/04 -- The eMarketing Association (eMA) today
announced that Murray Gaylord, Vice President of Brand Marketing for
Yahoo! would give the keynote address at the third annual Power of
eMarketing Conference in San Francisco, March 9th and 10th.
Mr.Gaylord,
will be presenting an overview of the eMarketing arena to attendees.
"Murray is one of the most influential executives in the Internet
arena", Robert Fleming, President of the eMA said. He added we
are excited about Mr. Gaylord's participation in this conference.
As brand VP for what is the number one Internet brand in the world,
his insight and presentation will provide attendees with a strong
understanding of current and future conditions in the arena."
Other
speakers include executives from Microsoft Corporation, MailBlocks,
Qurb, FindWhat, AvantGo, SilverPOP, Mindcomet, Digital River, WebTrends,
ExactTarget and others. The two day event is considered by the industry
to be the premier executive forum in the eMarketing arena. The conference
is open to senior marketing executives and does not require membership
in the eMA. "This conference covers everything from spam legislation
to contextual advertising, site design for ecommerce, mobile marketing,
metrics, case histories, cross channel promotion and media integration,
it is the only conference specifically developed for experienced senior
marketers" Mr. Fleming said.
The event
now in it's third year will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San
Francisco in a unique meeting area overlooking the city. The hotel
is offering attendees a special rate on a availability basis until
February 15th. A reception sponsored by Yahoo! is scheduled for day
one of the event.
