Susan Bratton’s 22 years of experience in marketing and sales dovetails perfectly with Mailblocks’ strategy to leverage the best that technology offers on behalf of the consumer market. Most recently, Ms. Bratton founded her second rep firm, Cendara, Inc., with a hand-picked, thoughtful roster of next generation companies that offer better “marketing mousetraps” for her power-rolodex of customers in the high-tech, consumer goods, retail, finance, automotive and telecommunications industries.

Prior to Cendara, Ms. Bratton was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Excite@Home’s media business, in charge of PR, marketing and the advertising sales organization. This was the most recent position in her six-year career with the company where she was fortunate to manage the team that invented broadband online advertising. Prior to Excite@Home she was an independent publisher’s representative, having founded her own company and first rep firm, Media Associates, in 1988.

Susan Bratton currently serves on the advisory board of Effective Brands and has held board and advisory board positions with Enliven, Inc, Unicast, DeltaClick and the ADTECH series of professional conferences. She has been the Chair of ADTECH since 2002. Ms. Bratton provided five years of industry leadership on the Board of the Internet Advertising Bureau, www.iab.net, which brings standards and leadership to the online media market, including one election as Vice Chairman. Additionally, she is recognized by Advertising Age magazine as a “Digital Media Master” – one of the top 25 most influential professionals in the online media space.

Robert Fleming is a nationally recognized expert on eMarketing techniques and processes. As President of the eMA, Mr. Fleming helps guide the Marketing community into the digital era.

Prior to joining the eMA, Mr. Fleming developed e-commerce initiatives as Vice President of the California Manufacturing Technology Center (A United States Department of Commerce, MEP center). He has held executive positions with, Optical Radiation Corporation, Standard Oil Company and the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Fleming has been an invited speaker to many government and industry conferences.

Bio:

Heather Honea completed her doctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley and is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at San Diego State University.

Dr. Honea's key industry experience focuses on leveraging digital marketing opportunities to estimate the size of target markets and communicate with target customer segments. She worked on the design of a business to business market research and target market selection software. Currently, she assists companies with the coordination of their online marketing activities, particularly focusing on optimizing target market messaging and sales promotion offers.


Brent Hieggelke

Bio:

Brent Hieggelke, Vice President of Marketing at NetIQ and author of "Winning on the Web: The Executive Pocket Guide to Smarter Marketing", is responsible for all WebTrends Web analytics marketing, including overall strategy, demand generation, brand awareness, other promotional and educational activities. Mr. Hieggelke was recently highlighted in B-to-B Magazine as one of the top 100 marketers this year.

Mr. Hieggelke was previously Vice President of Marketing at ABC Technologies, where his marketing and business development efforts garnered several awards and served as precursor to a new corporate strategy and online business initiative. He also co-founded and served as associate publisher of NewCity Communications, a leading arts and entertainment weekly and a highly trafficked alternative media portal in Chicago.

Mr. Hieggelke has experience speaking at many conferences and events, including AdTech, Internet World, Comdex, Direct Marketing Association, American Marketing Association and more.


Patrick Keane

Bio:

As the Head of Advertising Sales Strategy at Google, Patrick Keane is responsible for developing and managing the strategic plans and relationships critical to growing Google's advertising customer base.

Prior to Google, Keane was vice president and senior analyst at Jupiter Research where he contributed to all facets of Jupiter Research's Marketing and Media research, as well as the company's conference division and business development.

As head of Jupiter's Online Advertising service, Keane led research on the buying and selling of interactive media. He and several analysts delivered insight into and advice on strategies that helped online advertisers maximize return on investment, publishers generate ad revenues, and technology vendors and service providers position themselves to prospective clients. Keane and his staff treated topics ranging from branding and customer acquisition to ad sales strategies, pricing and audience measurement.

Known as an expert on portals, online distribution, broadband content and sports programming Keane joined Jupiter Research in 1996 and was named director of Online Advertising in July 1999, having served as an analyst and senior analyst for Jupiter Research's Content & Programming service, focusing on programming and distributing online media.

Prior to joining Jupiter Research, Keane was an editor for AM Medica Communications, a medical communications company. He received a bachelor's degree in history from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.


Bill Nussey

Mr. Nussey is the President and CEO of Silverpop. Silverpop provides software and service solutions that enable businesses to use e-mail as a strategic communication channel for marketing and customer communications.

Previously, Mr. Nussey was President and CEO of iXL, Inc., a publicly traded e-business consulting firm. During his two-year tenure, iXL executed its initial public offering, grew revenues from $10 million to $120 million per quarter, and grew its headcount from 400 to over 2,000 employees. iXL enjoyed multi-million dollar and multi-year relationships with global companies, including Chase, Delta Airlines, FedEx, General Electric, and Virgin.

Prior to iXL, Mr. Nussey was an investment professional with the venture capital firm, Greylock Management Corporation. While at Greylock, he worked on several investments, including DoubleClick, Mainspring, iXL and Media Metrix. Mr. Nussey is also the founder of DaVinci Systems, an award-winning email software company.

In June 2000, Consulting Magazine named Mr. Nussey the most influential consultant in the world.

Mr. Nussey holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of nuBridges, Proficient Systems, and Air2Web and is an active participant in community activities serving on the Board of SciTrek, a Georgia-based Science museum. He lives with his wife and two sons, just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
