Check-In
- Our check in table opens at 7:30 AM. When you arrive at the hotel
you will see signs for the Seminar. Check the directory for the exact
location of the conference. Our registrars will greet you, hand you
your materials and badge, we will be expecting you. Pre-registration
via mail or our website is required, there is no on-site registration
available. Plan to be checked in on day one by 8:15 AM. The first session
will begin at 8:30 on the dot. A continental breakfast will be available
to attendees in the registration area.
Hotel
Reservations - A limited number of rooms are available at a special
conference rate.
Venue
Amenities - All rooms have a balcony and a data port for internet
access. There is an indoor pool, sundeck and complementary fitness area.

Tape
Recording - Our Seminar - both what you see and hear contains copyrighted
information. No audio recording or videotaping of the sessions please.
Continuing
Support - We don't just provide you with the best Seminar in the
eMarketing/Search marketing arena, we provide you with extensive post-conference
support. If you are faced with an eMarketing problem or issue and need
additional information or help you can email our online specialists
for a prompt response. You will receive your post-conference email contact

Tax
Deductions - Your attendance may be tax deductible. All expenses
of continuing education (including registration fees, travel, meals
and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax
deductible according to Treasury Regulation 1.162-5. Check with your
tax professional for more information.
Cancellations
and substitutions - You may substitute another person for your registration
at any time please email service@emarketingassociation.com
and let us know the name and email address of the person that will take
your place. Cancellations received up to 30 days before the Seminar
are refundable, minus a 25% service charge. After that, cancellations
are subject to the entire registration fee, which you may apply towards
a future eMA event.
Limited
Space - Be sure to register right away since space at our Seminar
is limited. And this event may sell out early. As soon as we receive
your online payment or payment by mail, we will send you an email confirming
your registration. You will also receive a paid invoice via email for

Meals
- Included in your Seminar registration is continental breakfast, lunch
and break refreshments. The networking dinner requires a separate fee
of $85.00 and a reservation. Register early for
the networking dinner here.
Conference
Materials - You won't go home empty handed. You will leave this
Seminar with a wealth of materials. Each attendee will receive a bag
containing promotional items, and literature on eMarketing products
and services. Additionally, many corporate members and conference sponsors
will be offering special discounts to attendees. Information will be
included in your attendee conference bag, given to you at the registration
booth.
