Chris Baggott

Speaker: Chris Baggott


Chris is responsible for leading the ExactTarget sales organization. Through first-hand experience, he has learned what it takes to successfully sell web-based email marketing software. Chris brings a unique blend of corporate marketing and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to founding ExactTarget, Chris served as CEO and President of Twyford Group - owners of dry cleaning businesses in the Indianapolis area.

Through this experience, Chris developed a thorough understanding of the marketing challenges associated with owning a retail business. Prior to Twyford Group, Chris was Marketing Manager for RR Donnelley's catalog business. He is widely recognized as an expert in Database Marketing. Prior to RR Donnelley, he spent five years with Abbott Labs where he consistently was the leading Sales Executive and Sales Manager for their Diagnostics Division.

Speaker: Jeff Cram
Director of WebTrends Web Marketing


Jeff Cram, Director of WebTrends Web Marketing, is responsible for overall strategy of the WebTrends web site, focusing on usability, content development, design, marketing and measurement.

Prior to joining WebTrends, Jeff co-founded ISITE Design, a Portland, Ore.-based web development and design firm. At ISITE Design, Jeff worked with more than 100 clients consulting on web strategy, design and application development. ISITE Design was recognized as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in 2003 by Inc. Magazine.

Jeff has been a frequent speaker at industry events on subjects including web analytics, search engine marketing, usability and rich internet applications.

In her role as Vice President of Strategy, O'Gorman consults with Silverpop's clients on strategy and policy development, which have become key elements for legitimate, successful e-mail marketing. O'Gorman advises Silverpop clients on a variety of subjects, including managing risk in today's volatile legislative and legal environment, creating enterprise e-mail governance policies, maximizing deliverability and optimizing campaign frequency.Having worked for companies like Kraft Foods and American Airlines, O'Gorman brings a tremendous background of marketing and channel development experience to Silverpop. Of her 11 years with Fortune 100 companies, O'Gorman most recently worked as the Group Manager in Interactive Marketing for American Airlines. There, she shaped the airline's strategy for communications to a subscription base of over 6 million customers, one of the world's largest e-mail marketing programs. O'Gorman is also widely recognized as a subject matter expert on e-mail marketing and regularly is consulted by other Fortune 500 companies, industry analysts and press. O'Gorman is a Certified Managerial Accountant and a Certified Project Manager (PMP). She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.

Mike Grandchamp

His organization manages all aspects of Digital River marketing including a new division that provides e-marketing services to many of Digital River's 32,000 clients. Grandchamp previously served as senior vice president at The Martin Agency and spent sixteen years with U S WEST in marketing and communications. Grandchamp has been honored with over 70 national industry association awards and has presented at several international and national conferences.

Janice Kapner is Senior Director, Branding, Demand Generation & Public Relations for Microsoft Office Live Meeting. In this capacity, Janice develops, implements and manages all aspects of strategic communications doe Microsoft Office Live Meeting, including targeted programs for public relations, investor relations, lead generation and advertising campaigns. Janice is also responsible for corporate messaging development & distribution, corporate/brand identity and service launches.

Janice's group successfully increased media coverage for the business group by 60% with coverage in the The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Business Week for the $100 million Live Meeting business unit. Janice also managed corporate website re-architecture and three new site launches and has successfully increased visitor site time by 150% in 12 months.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Janice served as Director of Marketing for Corporate Communications for eFax.com, where she managed, developed & maintained corporate PR, IR, advertising & communications/messaging efforts, corporate/brand identity and service launches.

Janice holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Sacramento and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee is co-founder and chief executive officer of Did-it.com. Did-it.com's proprietary Maestro system and advanced customized strategies allow clients to optimize the performance of their paid placement and paid inclusion search marketing campaigns. Kevin and the Did-it.com team have been dedicated to helping search marketers succeed since 1996. Kevin is a founding board member of SEMPO, serves on the SEM Council for the Association for Interactive Marketing, the IAB Search Committee, and writes a weekly column for ClickZ on "Paid Search Strategies". An acknowledged expert on SEO and SEM, Kevin is regularly quoted by the major news media including the Wall St. Journal, Business Week, CNET, San Jose Mercury News, DMNEWS and Catalog Age. He is also a frequent and well-respected speaker invited to top industry conferences. Kevin enjoys sharing search marketing tips, tricks and strategies in print and in person. He earned an MBA from Yale School of Management in 1992.

Paul Lewis

Paul Lewis brings over 17 years of expertise in the areas of sales and marketing and information technology to MindComet Corporation. In his role within each of these disciplines, Lewis has successfully implemented visionary systems and processes that resulted in significant gains in productivity and quality. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Paul works with clients at all levels to insure projects are successful from both technical and practical perspectives. Lewis has the skill and vision to decipher intricate business needs utilizing the ability to coordinate them with the appropriate technical and marketing solutions for a variety of MindComet's national and international clientele such as ADT, Coors, Earthlink, Maersk, Nextel and Upper Deck.

Verizon Information Services

Alfred Chow, group manager for Verizon Information Services, is responsible for deploying SuperPages.com, the company's directory and yellow page information site, across multiple access platforms, in addition to launching SuperPages.com's new pay-per-click model. He was also responsible for launching second-generation wireless applications via the BREW platform for Verizon Wireless.

Prior to joining Verizon in 2001, Chow was senior manager of wireless Internet technology alliances for Nortel Networks. He joined the Nortel team in 1986 as a financial analyst and held positions of increasing responsibility in various areas on Nortel.

Chow earned a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, and Bachelor of Business Administration in computer science and finance from Wilfrid Laurie University in Waterloo, Canada. He holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from Calgary and was awarded a gold award in Business Case Competition.

He currently resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, area.
