Check-In - Our check in table opens at 7:30 AM. When you arrive at the hotel you will see signs for the Conference. Check the directory for the exact location of the conference. Our registrars will greet you, hand you your materials and badge, we will be expecting you. Pre-registration via mail or our website is required, there is no on-site registration available. Plan to be checked in on day one by 8:45 AM. The first session will begin at 9:00 on the dot. A continental breakfast will be available to attendees in the registration area.


Hotel Reservations - A limited number of rooms are available at a special conference rate.


Venue Amenities - All rooms have a data port for internet access. See Venue for complete information on the hotel.


Tape Recording/Photographs - Our Conference- both what you see and hear - contains copyrighted information. No audio recording or videotaping of the sessions please.


Continuing Support - We don't just provide you with the best Conference in the eMarketing arena, we provide you with extensive post-conference support. If you are faced with an eMarketing problem or issue and need additional information or help you can email our online specialists for a prompt response. You will receive your post-conference email contact in your attendee package. What other conference offers that kind of support?


Tax Deductions - Your attendance may be tax deductible. All expenses of continuing education (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible according to Treasury Regulation 1.162-5. Check with your tax professional for more information.


Cancellations and substitutions - You may substitute another person for your registration at any time please email service@emarketingassociation.com and let us know the name and email address of the person that will take your place. Cancellations received up to 30 days before the Conference are refundable, minus a 20% service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire registration fee, which you may apply towards a future eMA event, membership or other eMA product.


Limited Space - Be sure to register right away since space at this Conference is limited. And this event may sell out early. As soon as we receive your online payment or payment by mail, we will send you an email confirming your registration. You will also receive a paid invoice via email for your tax records.


Meals - Included in your Conference registration is continental breakfast, luncheons, break refreshments, and a hosted reception.


Conference Materials - You won't go home empty handed. You will leave this Conference with a wealth of materials. Each attendee will receive a bag containing promotional items, and literature on eMarketing products and services. Additionally, many corporate members and conference sponsors will be offering special discounts to attendees. Information will be included in your attendee conference bag given to you at the registration booth.

Delegate terms- The eMarketing Association (eMA) reserves the right to make changes to the events agenda. Unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation, topic or speaker. The eMA reserves the right to reject or rescind any registration and return registration fees accordingly. Registrant assumes all risks incidental to participation in all event activities, including loss or damage to property. eMA's total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees received, if any, from a particular registrant. The eMA takes photos and videotapes of this event, by attending you give permission to use images taken at the conference in advertising and promotion for the eMA.


Conference Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with the conference for any reason the eMA will credit your entire registration fee towards another eMA product or event.

What's New

3. We have increased the amount of time for networking and will provide a special reception area for the event.

4. As usual you won't go hungry, we have a great food planned for luncheons and breaks.

5. Presentations have been reduced from 45 minutes to 40 minutes to allow for more networking time

6. We have upgraded our conference room and seating

7. Some speakers may supply handouts or a CD of presentations to all attendees

8. Room temperature will be a comfortable 72 degrees

9. We are ending the conference at 3:30 on day 2 to allow for those that need to catch flights home

10. We have added an interactive panel session on day one to allow for delegates and speakers to interact in a group environment.
