Christopher
Barnes is responsible for the identification and development of long
term key account business opportunities for Plexus M/2, a national
internet services firm. Mr. Barnes facilitates the introduction of
the "Plexus brand" by consulting with clients and their
agencies to develop and deploy defined integrated marketing strategies.
He has over ten years experience in consultative selling, marketing,
and empowering sales teams across a variety of industries: the Internet,
Advertising, Multimedia Design, and Print Production.
Previously,
he was a founding member of ComChoice, a successful three year old
interactive marketing agency in Los Angeles. He was instrumental in
acquiring key accounts such as Nissan Motors, Lexus, 20th Century
Fox, and Independent Advantage Financial. Mr. Barnes' insights into
new marketing solutions help lead this company's drive into CD-ROM
and web development. His duties included the development of strategic
alliances and building and motivating a sales team to reach specified
sales goals.
He previously
worked for a division of Time Warner, providing turnkey CD?ROM packaging
and replication solutions for the Software Industry. His clients included
Activision, Havas Interactive, Knowledge Adventure, and Sierra On?Line,
among others.
Mr. Barnes
is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, Mr.
Barnes develops mentoring groups in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Barnes
also speaks at trade shows and business schools by invitation on the
subject of Interactive Marketing.

Tom Beaulieu's
talents include the ability to merge business principles with technological
solutions in today's growing Internet economy. He excels at integrating
web applications into corporate infrastructure. Tom Beaulieu has spent
the last 11 years developing, consulting, and implementing results-oriented
Internet strategies and visual marketing solutions. His understanding
of Internet technology uniquely complements his experience in the
creative disciplines. These skills allow him to meld the business,
technical, and creative communities into cohesive teams.
His client
list includes companies such as Sothebys.com, Sho-Air.com, Carday.com,
Pagenet, Sicor and The Simon Weisenthal Center.
Mr. Beaulieu
worked previously for DoctorDiscount.com, a start-up ASP solution
for automated inventory replenishment for doctors, hospitals, and
surgery centers, as Director of Product Development. He developed
and managed the implementation of the suite of products and services
on which the company is based its marketing and sales efforts.
Previously,
he founded and operated for eight years, Korito Visual Communications,
a full service creative agency specializing in visual marketing programs,
digital media and Internet solutions. As President of Redeye Communications,
he successfully directed a third party software development and Internet
solutions firm.
On a
personal note, Mr. Beaulieu supports the Annual Avon Three Day 60-
Mile Walk to raise money for cancer testing. Tom's involvement in
this charity includes leading a 30 person advance team, planning and
setting up two campsites which feed and sleep 3500 people each night.
Tom is also involved in the DMA, BMA, LINC, AIGA and the Association
of Internet Professionals.

Susan
has held a board of director position with Enliven, Inc. as well as
advisory board positions with Unicast, DeltaClick and the @d:tech
series of professional conferences. She served 5 years on the Board
of the Internet Advertising Bureau, which brings standards and leadership
to the online media market, including one election as Vice Chairman.
As well, she is recognized by Advertising Age magazine as a “Digital
Media Master” – one of the top 25 most influential professionals in
the online media space.
With
Cendara, Susan is assembling a small but potent roster of firms –

interactive, loyalty and media optimization. These non-competitive

Todd
Daum, Vice President of Marketing, joined Overture in March of 2002
where he is responsible for advertiser acquisition, retention and
communications. Todd began his career at American Express where he
worked for more than ten years, and, most recently served as Vice
President, Regional Marketing and Business Development for American
Express International based on Hong Kong. In this role, Todd established
a regional marketing group and was responsible for marketing strategy,
setting business priorities and leading business development efforts
across the region.
Prior
to joining Overture, Todd served as Director of Channel Development
for Enron Energy Services (EES) where he developed and implemented
a third party alliance strategy to target multiple business segments.
Before EES, Todd served as Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships
for Alibaba.com, a global B2B marketplace, where he established the
company's Marketing and Partnership organization and developed the
global marketing strategy.
Todd
received his B.A. from Colgate University and his M.B.A from the Kellogg
School of Business at Northwestern University.

As president
and chief executive officer of the e-Marketing Association (eMA),
Mr. Fleming guides the association's efforts in education, professional
development, certification and legislation for individuals and companies
engaged in e-marketing.
Mr. Fleming
helped co-found the eMarketing Association in 1999. Before joining
the eMA Mr. Fleming was Vice President of Business Development for
the California Manufacturing Technology Center (CMTC). CMTC is a program
of the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of
Standards and Technology (NIST), designed to help U.S manufacturers
become more productive and efficient. There are 80 centers throughout
the United States. He was instrumental in the development of marketing
programs at the national, regional and state level. Additionally,
he developed the first center performance review based on the Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Program. Mr. Fleming worked at CMTC from
1996 to 1999.
From
1992 to 1996 Mr. Fleming was president of Stock Editions, Inc., the
worlds largest subscription stock graphics firm. He was responsible
for developing the first royalty free photography service and the
first stock photography to be offered on CD-ROM. Mr. Fleming Worked
at Optical Radiation Corporation from 1983 to 1992. He designed, developed
and implemented the successful introduction of LiteStyle ophthalmic
lenses, Flexeon intraocular lenses, RxPediter computer for medical
use as well as many other industrial medical and scientific products.
In 1990 he directed the successful launch of Cinema Digital Sound.
This was the first digital sound system for motion pictures that debuted
in the movie Dick Tracy. Technology from this system is used today
within the motion picture industry.
Mr. Fleming
has held senior management positions with the American Cancer Society,
Adtech, Inc. and The Standard Oil Company. He has received over 45
awards for marketing and communications including 3 American Advertising
Federation ADDY awards. His work is on permanent exhibit at the United
States Library of Congress Collection of excellent Corporate Communications.
He attended Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Fleming has held
numerous seminars on marketing and has been published in a variety
of national and regional publications.

S. Murray Gaylord

As
vice president of brand marketing at Yahoo! Inc., Murray Gaylord is
focused on continuing to build and enhance Yahoo!'s global brand.
Among the teams that Gaylord leads are the creative department, trade
and broadcast services marketing and community relations. A veteran
of the advertising industry, Gaylord joined Yahoo! in March 2000 to
develop and lead Yahoo!'s initiative to form comprehensive relationships
with advertising agencies and represent Yahoo! in the advertising
community. As part of this role, Gaylord has played a major role in
the advertising industry's effort to create new standards, guidelines
and terms and conditions for online advertising. Gaylord has also
given presentations and participated in panel discussions at a variety
of industry events, including Jupiter Online Advertising Forum and
@d:tech, in addition to chairing the 2001 ARF annual conference.
Gaylord's lengthy advertising career began at Young & Rubicam
in account management and he ultimately was named VP managing director
of concepts, Y&R's new product and strategic planning "think
tank". He then spent ten years as executive vice president,
group account director at Scali, McCabe, Sloves Advertising (today
part of Lowe Lintas). At Scali, he ran the worldwide advertising
business for Hertz Rent a Car and Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1989,
Gaylord left Scali to join TBWA Advertising (now TBWA Chiat/Day)
where he worked as executive vice president, director of client
services, overseeing accounts such as Absolut Vodka, Evian, Motorola,
Club Med and others.
Gaylord
currently serves on the board of directors of the American Advertising
Federation, the Advertising Research Foundation, the Advertising Educational
Foundation, and he is a founding member of the eMarketing Association
advisory board. He was also a member of the steering committee for
Future of Advertising Stakeholders (FAST), a broad-based industry
coalition dedicated to accelerating the development of digital marketing
and its integration into the mainstream marketing mix. He also serves
on the board of directors for the National Crime Prevention Council.
Prior
to joining Yahoo! Gaylord was executive vice president and chief operating
officer at the Advertising Council, the nations leading provider of
public service messages, including Smokey Bear, "Friends Don't
Let Friends Drive Drunk" and "A Mind is a Terrible Thing
to Waste" for the United Negro College Fund. During his three
years at the Ad Council, Gaylord spearheaded a major re-engineering
of the organization and paved the way for new media partnerships,
cause marketing partnerships, and new direct marketing models. Gaylord
holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California
at Los Angeles.

Mike
Grandchamp has served as the Vice President - Marketing since establishing
Digital River's marketing department in 1997. His organization manages
all aspects of Digital River marketing including a new division that
provides e-marketing services to many of Digital River's 32,000 clients.
Grandchamp previously served as senior vice president at The Martin
Agency and spent sixteen years with U S WEST in marketing and communications.
Grandchamp has been honored with over 70 national industry association
awards and has presented at several international and national conferences.

Nancy
Joyce is the Vice-President of West Coast Marketer Sales for DoubleClick
and General Manager of the Western region. In this role, Nancy is
responsible for the sales and account management of DoubleClick's
technology solutions for advertisers and marketers, including DoubleClick's
DARTmail, DART for Advertiser service, MediaVisor and Site Directory.
Prior
to her current role, Nancy was VP and General Manager of DoubleClick's
eMail List Services. Nancy launched the eMail List Services team in
February 2001 and grew the business in one year to a total of 40 million
opt-in names under management and over 200 customers. In March 2002,
the List Services business was sold to infoUSA to enable DoubleClick
to continue its focus as a technology provider. Prior to her role
as General Manager, Nancy was Senior Director of Business and Product
Development for email where she managed the growth of DoubleClick's
names under management as well as the development of DoubleClick's
list technology. Before joining the email team Nancy was Director
of DoubleClick Local where she established and managed DoubleClick's
local reseller partnerships.
Prior
to joining DoubleClick in 1999, Nancy worked as a Senior Consultant
with Renaissance Worldwide where she focused on revenue growth strategies
for clients in the telecommunication industry. Nancy joined Renaissance
after working with Apple Computer in Eastern Europe, and previously
she founded and developed the Education Sales and Marketing channel
for Apple in the Russian Republic.
Nancy
earned her Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School
of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science
from Georgetown University.
