Is membership required to attend the conference?
A. No, but there is a discount for eMA members.
Q.
What is the cut-off date for registrations?
A. We recommend registering early since the event has sold out in
the past. If the event sells out a notice will be posted and registrations
will not be accepted.

What makes this conference different from trade shows?
A. eM5 is an executive level event with high level presentations from
top leaders in the emarketing arena. The atmosphere is professional
and provides excellent networking without the hassle of sorting through
junior staffers or newbies. You will find everything from the food
to the venue to be first class. There are no exibits or trade show
booths.

When do the early bird special rates end?
A. The end date for special registration rates will be posted, however
they are subject to change without notice, again, we suggest registering
early.

What do attendees receive?
A. All attendees receive a autographed copy of Bill Nussey's book
on eMail Marketing, and an opportunity to talk with Bill at the event.
All conference sessions are included. Delicious breakfast, lunch and
breaks are included. A complementary cocktail welcoming reception
is hosted by Yahoo!, food will be served. A welcoming gift bag with
discount offers and other sponsor materials will be given to all delegates.

Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
A. Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at a $142.00 rate. Rooms
at this rate are subject to availability, register on the eMA venue
area for this discount.

A. The Crowne Plaza Union Square is one of the most beautiful hotels
in San Francisco, you will be close to all attractions and only
5 minutes from the Warf via trolley.

What is the meeting facility like?
A. This conference occupies the Main
Union Square Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Union Square.l.
There is a beautiful view of San Francisco from the conference event
rooms, lunches and breaks are right there next to the conference room
so you won't have to walk far.
